The EMPOWER Team promotes the health of our volunteers’ body, soul, and spirit as we build and manage the most significant resource of God’s Kingdom – His People!
 
Our team meets up with new volunteers to discover their talents and gifts within God’s House and place them in the right ministries for the right season, creating platforms for His people to practice and shine.

We organize different volunteer-related events and trainings while helping volunteers succeed and grow through ministry. We are the treasure-hunters sent by God to discover the God-given talents, potentials, and giftings within His people, and we are constantly amazed by how fearfully and wonderfully God has created each of His children.

Essential Traits​

We are looking for someone who has (or would like to grow in) creativity, confidence, and the desire to see people succeed. You will also need organizational skills, the ability to communicate and confront, and managing interpersonal relationships and resources.

Time
Commitment

Our team holds meetings, interviews, trainings, and/or consultations on either weekday evenings, Saturday mornings, or afternoons.
(2 – 6 hours per month)
